Zelenskyy promises to present Victory Plan at Ramstein meeting
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is planning to present his Victory Plan to the leaders of the allied countries gathering at a meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group (also known as Ramstein-format meetings).

Details: He noted that Ukraine is preparing for the 25th Ramstein meeting on 12 October, which will be the first to take place at the leaders' level.
Quote: "We will present the Victory Plan – clear, concrete steps towards a just end to the war. The determination of our partners and the strengthening of Ukraine are what can stop Russian aggression," Zelenskyy emphasised.
He also thanked "everyone who is helping to defend our state, Europe, and the entire world."

- A meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group will take place on Saturday, 12 October at the American military airbase in Ramstein, chaired by US President Joe Biden.
- Earlier, The Wall Street Journal reported that the Biden administration is concerned that the Ukrainian Victory Plan lacks a comprehensive strategy.
- Meanwhile, Bloomberg reported that some Western officials have tried to temper expectations regarding the presentation of the Victory Plan.
- At the same time, Ukrainian President's spokesperson Serhii Nykyforov stated that during the visit by the Ukrainian delegation to the US, the American side showed "great interest" in the Victory Plan.
