Russian evening attack on Kherson: two killed and four injured, including child – video

Russian forces attacked the centre of Kherson late in the evening of 27 October, killing two people and injuring four others, including a 13-year-old boy.

Details: According to investigators, the Russians launched a heavy artillery strike on Kherson’s Tsentralnyi district at around 21:20 on 27 October.

Quote: "As a result of the shelling, 50 and 71-year-old women were killed.

Four other civilians were injured, including a 13-year-old boy. 

Four apartment buildings and some houses were damaged."

Background:

• The Russians struck the central district of the city of Kherson on the afternoon of 27 October, hitting the area close to a post office, killing one person and injuring another. In addition, one person died in the Dniprovskyi district and another was killed by a Russian drone.
• A 71-year-old local resident was killed in Kherson by a Russian drone attack on Sunday, 27 October.
• Russian forces attacked the centre of Kherson on the morning of 25 October, injuring two people.
