French Foreign Minister Barrot plans to visit Ukraine's north-east

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot is planning to visit one of the north-eastern oblasts bordering Russia during his visit to Ukraine.

Details: At the beginning of the speech, Barrot noted that Ukraine is fighting not only for its independence and territorial integrity but also holds the front line that "divides Europe and Vladimir Putin's Russia, divides freedom and oppression".

More details: Barrot did not specify which of the oblasts he was referring to – Chernihiv, Kharkiv, or Sumy.
