Ukrainian government posts video showing North Korean soldiers being given Russian equipment

The Ukrainian Ministry of Culture's Centre for Strategic Communication and Information Security has released footage in which North Korean soldiers purportedly are being supplied with Russian equipment.

Details: The centre claims that this footage was filmed at most three days ago.

According to reports, the actions featured in the film occurred at the Sergievsky training area in Russia's far east.

Quote: "Exclusive. North Korean troops being outfitted with Russian equipment."

More details: Russian media outlet Vazhnye Istorii (Important Stories) has discovered that Korean language is definitely heard in the video. One of the soldiers asks in Korean: "What is this?". The word translated as "water" is also clearly heard.

Background: The head of Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said that about 11,000 North Korean infantrymen are currently undergoing training in eastern Russia. They will be ready to take part in hostilities against Ukraine as early as 1 November.
