Zelenskyy to present Victory Plan in Ukrainian Parliament

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is set to present Ukraine’s Victory Plan in the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament) on 16 October.

Details: Some representatives of the Servant of the People party confirmed that the President plans to present the Victory Plan to the MPs, while others are only assuming this will happen.

Background: The European Council will meet in Brussels on 17-18 October, where one of the main issues on the agenda will be the continued political, economic, and military support for Ukraine. Zelenskyy is also scheduled to speak at the event.
