Quote: "On 8 September 2024 at about 12:50, deploying the methods of warfare forbidden by international law, the enemy struck the civilian infrastructure of Sumy hromada.
As a result of the Russian attack a 35-year-old civilian man and a 14-year-old boy have been injured.
A local store has also been damaged."
