Russian troops struck Sumy Oblast 52 times on 4 September, injuring seven people.

Details: The Russians launched guided aerial bombs on Yampil hromada, injuring six civilians [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.].

In Svesa hromada, the Russians launched an attack from a multiple-launch rocket system, injuring a local woman.

In total, 149 explosions were documented in the territory of Sumy Oblast. Mykolaivka, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Sloboda, Khotin, Krasnopillia, Yunakivka, Esman, Bereza, Yampil, Putyvl, Bilopillia, Hlukhiv, Shalyhyne, Svesa and Seredyna-Buda hromadas came under attack.
