Zelenskyy states Ukraine's victory plan is ready

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has reported that the Ukrainian Plan for Victory has been fully prepared.

Quote: "And today, we can already say that our Plan for Victory is fully prepared – all points, all key emphases and the necessary appendices with details to the Plan have been identified. Everything has been worked out. The most important thing now is the determination to implement it."

Details: Zelenskyy states that "there is, and can be, no alternative to peace, no freezing of the war, or any other manipulations that will simply shift Russian aggression to another stage".

Background: On 16 September, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine's Plan for Victory in the war was 90% complete. The next day, the head of state announced a "strong" military content of the victory plan.
