Background:

• On the evening of 29 September, Russian forces launched a group of attack drones towards Ukraine. An air-raid warning was issued in Kyiv Oblast and several others. 
• In the morning, Kyiv City Military Administration reported that all Shahed drones flying towards Kyiv were successfully destroyed.
