Details: The media outlet says 500 drones with Mavic 3T (Thermal) thermal imagers have been ordered at a price of UAH 139,670 (roughly US$3,300) and UAH 140,590 (roughly US$3,390) for a standard set (without additional batteries).

"This marks a record low price for procurement through Prozorro. The previous record was held by military unit No. A4638, which purchased Mavics with night vision devices for UAH 142,887 (roughly US$3,440) in August," the outlet noted.

The Defence Procurement Agency signed five more contracts for the supply of 800 DJI Mavic 3E drones.

The price for a set of daytime Mavic 3Es ranged from UAH 114,646 (roughly US$2,760) to UAH 116,666 (roughly US$2,810).

"However, these drones were purchased with three additional batteries and a separate charger, increasing the standard equipment cost by about UAH 25,000 (roughly US$602). In April, the Agency purchased drones in this configuration for an average of UAH 127,000 (roughly US$3,063)," Nashi Hroshi added.

Background: The Defence Procurement Agency signed the first contract for the purchase of ammunition using funds raised through the UNITED24 fundraising platform.
