Russian attack on vicinity of Nikopol injures 5 civilians, 9-year-old among them – photo

The Russians attacked Marhanets and Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, injuring five people, including a 9-year-old boy, on 18 September.

Quote: "People have been injured again in the vicinity of Nikopol – this time, as a result of the shelling of Marhanets. A 9-year-old boy has been injured and taken to hospital in moderate condition. Two women, aged 43 and 69, will recover at home. Their condition is satisfactory."

Details: Two cars caught fire, but the firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze. Shops and five-story buildings were also damaged. The aftermath of the attack is still being assessed.

Earlier, Lysak reported that the Russian military attacked the city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with loitering munitions on 18 September, injuring a man, 42, and a woman, 36.The injured people are reported to be in a serious condition. Doctors are providing all the necessary medical care. An administrative building was also damaged in the city.
