Quote: "If we’re talking about Okhmatdyt, there were two substations on the hospital’s grounds that were entirely destroyed. They powered the hospital’s entire infrastructure, so we immediately assisted in the installation of mobile transformer substations, in order to temporarily power the hospital rooms that needed it – they worked yesterday on generators, certain rooms were powered," he said.

According to Sakharuk, both substations and a large amount of equipment will need to be restored because they were part of the hospital’s infrastructure. They will determine the stages of recovery together with local authorities.
