Explosion rocks Kharkiv: threat of ballistic missile attack reported

An explosion rocked the city of Kharkiv on the night of 21-22 July.

Details: Local journalists noted that an explosion was heard in Kharkiv.

An air-raid warning was issued in the city and Kharkiv Oblast, and there was a threat of ballistic missile attacks from the east.
