Quote: "The invaders invented a new way to encourage Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories to obtain Russian passports. Yes, the Russians issue subsidised coal in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson Oblast, but only if you have a Russian passport. Thus, Ukrainians without a passport, who are unable to purchase fuel on their own, are doomed to a cold death."

Details: It is reported that the air temperature is currently below zero and that many villages on the temporarily occupied territories lack access to electricity.

"However, the Russians cynically use even this situation for their plans to change the demographic situation in the region," said the National Resistance Center.

The CNS urges residents to report on the location and movement of the Russian forces so that the Armed Forces of Ukraine can quickly return warmth and peace to the region.
