Two women and 7-year-old girl killed in Russian shelling of Sumy Oblast
The Russian military shelled civilian infrastructure in Sumy Oblast with artillery on the afternoon of 28 November, killing two women and a seven-year-old girl and injuring three men.

Details: The prosecutor's office reports that the Russian forces, at around 12:30, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, struck civilian infrastructure of the settlement of Seredyna Buda.
Quote: "As a result of the attack, at least five private houses were destroyed, and the bodies of two women as well as two injured men were pulled out from under the rubble.
A civilian man and his seven-year-old stepdaughter were also injured in their car. The girl later died in hospital."
