Air defence responding to Russian attacks in Kyiv and its oblast
The Ukrainian authorities have reported that multiple UAVs were detected in the airspace of Kyiv Oblast on the night of 24-25 November, and that air defence systems have responded to the targets.

Details: Kyiv Oblast Military Administration reported that UAVs were detected in the airspace of the oblast. Air defence assets and personnel are currently responding to the attack.
Quote from Serhii Popko, Head of Kyiv City Military Administration: "Air defence is responding on the outskirts of Kyiv."
Details: Residents of the capital and the oblast were urged to stay in shelters until the all-clear was given.
Update at 04:09 from Kyiv City Military Administration: "There is a large number of enemy UAVs that are approaching Kyiv from different directions! We urge you to stay in shelters until the all-clear is given!"
Update at 05:20 from Kyiv City Military Administration: "Air defence systems are responding in Kyiv. Stay in shelters."
Update at 05:25 from Klitschko: "Explosions are rocking the capital. Air defence forces are shooting down Russian UAVs. Several more groups of Shahed attack drones are heading towards Kyiv. Stay in shelters!"
Update at 05:44 from Klitschko: "The wreckage of a downed UAV has fallen in the Pecherskyi district of the capital. All services are on their way to the scene.
There was also an ambulance call in Solomianskyi district. Medical teams are also on their way."
Background: Ukrainian Air Force reported a threat of drone attacks from the south of Ukraine in the late evening on 24 November.
Air-raid warnings started to be extended across Ukraine and covered the capital and Kyiv Oblast at night.
