Quote: "The interim advisory body will coordinate the efforts of all military command and control bodies and central and local executive authorities with regard to the building of military engineering and fortification structures to ensure that the work in this area is systematic."
Details: The group is reportedly planning to implement reform to define areas of responsibility.
This means that military formations will build fortifications at the first line of defence, while the State Agency for Infrastructure Recovery and Development will build them at the second or third lines with the involvement of private contractors.
The working group has already established a volunteer business community that has expressed willingness to act as sponsors to provide prompt assistance in constructing fortifications in the hottest areas.
A proposal will be put forward to the government regarding the approval of a new effective model for the construction of fortifications with funds sourced from the State Agency for Infrastructure Recovery and Development, oblast military administrations, and private contractors.
