Russian occupation authorities in Ukraine’s Crimea suspended traffic on the Crimean Bridge that connects Crimea to mainland Russia and issued air-raid warnings in Sevastopol on the morning of 1 November.

Quote from RIA Novosti: "Vehicle traffic has been temporarily suspended on the Crimean Bridge."
Details: Those on the bridge and in the inspection area were urged to remain calm and follow the instructions of transport safety officers.
Razvozhayev said an air-raid warning had been issued.
He also said that the smoke near the Bay of Sevastopol was "connected with the fact that the military were using smoke-screen techniques".
Update: At 06:20, Razvozhayev said the all-clear had been given.
Russian occupation authorities later said that Crimean Bridge traffic had resumed.
