The Russians also reported that motor vehicle traffic on the Crimean Bridge had been temporarily suspended.
Quote: "Those who are on the bridge and in the inspection area are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of the transport security officers," the message reads.
After some time, Razvozhayev announced the work of the air defence forces in the city.
Quote: "The air defence system is responding in Sevastopol. Please keep calm. All services are on alert."
Details: Russian proxy also added that the smoke in the area of Sevastopol Bay is due to the Russian military supposedly using camouflage devices.
The Krymskii Veter (Crimean Wind) Telegram channel posted a photo of smoke columns in Sevastopol.
Later, Razvozhayev claimed that early reports indicated that "the Russian soldiers shot down two air targets over Sevastopol".
Quote from Razvozhayev: "All services are monitoring the situation. The Unified Emergency Dispatch Service has reported that wreckage crashed into the territory of school No. 27 on the North Side [a district in Sevastopol located on the northern shore of Sevastopol Bay], Pasichna Street and [the town of] Inkerman. I ask everyone to maintain calm and stay in shelters so far."
