Explosions heard in Khmelnytskyi, air defence deployed

The sounds of explosions and the work of air defence were reported on the night of 31 October - 1 November by Serhii Tiurin, First Deputy Head of Khmelnytskyi Oblast Military Administration.

Quote: "Khmelnytskyi area. Explosions are heard.

Air defence deployed.

Stay in shelters!"

Details: Later Tiurin thanked the air defence forces for their "excellent work". 

He added that there were no reports of casualties or damage to civilian infrastructure. 

Updated: Explosions occurred in Khmelnytskyi district once again after 02:00.

Details: Tiurin specified that there were no casualties or damage to civilian infrastructure caused by the repeated explosions.

Earlier: On the evening of 31 October, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine issued an air-raid warning in many regions of Ukraine. 

Sounds of explosions were heard in Poltava Oblast.
