Attack on Kharkiv: 10-year-old boy pulled from under rubble
A ten-year-old boy was killed in a Russian attack on Kharkiv on 6 October. The child’s body was pulled from under the rubble.

Update: Later, it became known that the body of the deceased child's grandmother had also been taken out from under the rubble.
Details: Dmytro Chubenko, spokesperson for the Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office, said that the baby and the deceased boy were from the same family, and their parents are currently in hospital.
Apart from that, approximately 20 people received various degrees of injuries, mostly stab wounds from glass, bricks, stones, and closed craniocerebral injuries, Chubenko said. Many have already been taken to hospital. The State Emergency Service specified that as of 09:30, it is known that 21 people were injured.
Syniehubov reported on the national 24/7 newscast that the Russians attacked Kharkiv using an Iskander missile system. He said rescue workers have now retrieved the body of a child from under the rubble. In addition, police inspecting the damage found the body of a person who had died before the attack.
He added that all the windows have been blown out from around 25 high-rise buildings in the centre of town.
Ihor Klymenko, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, reported that State Emergency Service employees have rescued two people.
Two apartment buildings were damaged and a three-storey residential building was destroyed in the attack.
A fire that covered an area of 50 sq. m was extinguished by firefighters.
