Russian military aircraft Su-24 crashes in Volgograd Oblast

A Su-24 Russian military aircraft has crashed in Russia's Volgograd Oblast. So far it is unknown whether the two crew members are alive.

Details: According to preliminary reports, there were two crew members on board but it is unknown whether they survived. Rescuers headed for the site of the crash.

It was presumably a training flight, there was no ammunition on board. Officially the Russian authorities have not commented on the crash yet.
