Naiev explained that anti-tank fences are being built, minefields are being set and the whole Ukrainian defence line is being fortified there: "Our intelligence is quite efficient. We have thoroughly studied the Russians and are aware of their plans. Our soldiers have undergone military coordination and are ready to fight anyone who encroaches on our territory."
