25 architectural monuments damaged overnight in Odesa's centre that is under UNESCO protection

A total of 25 architectural monuments in the historic centre of Odesa, which is under UNESCO protection, were damaged by Russian occupation forces on the night of 22-23 July.

Everything that was created through hard work by great architects is now being destroyed by cynical bastards!"

Details: The authorities noted that among the damaged buildings were those of the 19th-20th centuries:

  • Chyzhevych’s house; 
  • Papudova’s house; 
  • Zabludovsky’s house; 
  • Gagarin’s house; 
  • Yanush’s house;
  • Zhdanova’s house; 
  • Russell del Turco’s house; 
  • Massa’s house; 
  • Manuk-Bey’s house; 
  • Kovalevskyi’s house;
  • Porro’s house; 
  • Mashevskyi house and others.

Background: The Air Force of Ukraine reported that Russians had fired 19 missiles of various types, including five Oniks missiles, at Odesa Oblast overnight. Air defence forces shot down nine missiles.
