Three power engineers have been blown up by a Russian mine in the village of Posad-Pokrovske, Kherson Oblast. Two of them have been killed.

Quote from Prokudin: "These are our power engineers who were working on the restoration of power grids. According to preliminary information, two men were killed and one has been injured."
Details: According to the head of the oblast, ambulance crews are already working at the scene.
