Kremlin takes Belarus as nuclear hostage – Secretary of Ukraine's Defence Council

Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council, believes that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's latest statements regarding deploying nuclear weapons in Belarus bring the country closer to destabilisation.
