Russian communists want to force school students to raise "Victory Flag" on Mondays

The Communist Party of Russia has proposed to oblige schools to raise the red "Victory Flag" together with the flag of the Russian Federation on Mondays.

Details: The Communist Party of Russia has submitted a bill to the State Duma [the lower chamber of the Russian parliament - ed.].

According to the Russian media, the Communists propose to solemnly raise the flag on the first school day of the week and take it down on the last. The MPs do not insist on raising the flag during the holidays.
