Russian contractors refuse to send workers to build fortification structures in temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast.

Details: The Center reported that Russian company Stroykom refused to send their employees to temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast due to the Russian Army’s inability to guarantee security for their workers.
Locals on the home front refuse to accept workers from Russia, says the National Resistance Center.
