Not HIMARS, but S-300: Ukraine's General Staff refutes Russians' slander about casualties in Novopskov
Two people in the occupied settlement of Novopskov, Luhansk Oblast, were killed not with an American HIMARS multiple-launch rocket system, but with a Russian S-300 missile on Sunday, 15 January.

Quote from Ukraine’s General Staff: "Available information states that on 15 January, during the use of the S-300 system by the enemy, one missile fell on a residential building in Novopskov, Starobilsk district, Luhansk Oblast. Two civilians were killed."
Details: Earlier, the "Luhansk People's Republic" terrorist organisation stated that at 07:00 on 15 January, the Ukrainian military allegedly fired on the occupied settlement of Novopskov using HIMARS, causing destruction of a residential building and killing two civilians, 1981 and 1982 years of birth.
