Russian and pro-Kremlin media have reported that a fire broke out in a barracks in the village of Radianske in occupied Crimea, resulting in fatalities among the troops.

Sources: Meduza; News of Donbas; occupation channel Krymsky (Crimean); Krymsky veter (Crimean Wind)

Details: The pro-Russian Crimean channel, citing a source in the Crimean government, reported that at least two people died and about 200 servicemen were rehoused after the fire.

The cause of the blaze was "careless handling of fire".

The Crimean Wind channel, which supports Ukraine, claims that mobilised men were living in the barracks.

The fire occurred early in the morning on 10 December. The occupation "authorities" have yet to report it.
