90% of Ternopil Oblast left without power
Around 90% of Ternopil Oblast has no power as of 18:39 Kyiv time on 15 November, following Russia’s large-scale missile strike on Ukraine in the afternoon of the same day.

Details: "As of now, 90% of Ternopil Oblast is without power supply," Thrush wrote.
He reiterated that rolling emergency blackouts can be expected throughout Ukraine and urged the residents of the oblast to make sure they have access to power banks and other power sources.
Previously: Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the Office of the President, said that following the latest Russian missile strikes, the energy infrastructure situation was critical, with most strikes having targeted central and northern parts of Ukraine.
