Quote from Starukh: "The enemy attacked the [administrative] centre of [Zaporizhzhia] Oblast. Infrastructure facilities in two Zaporizhzhia neighbourhoods have been damaged. Today was the first time the occupiers employed unmanned aerial vehicles [to attack Zaporizhzhia]. Early reports indicate these were Shahed-136 UAVs.
That explains why local residents [citizens?] did not hear loud explosions."
