Ukraine's Armed Forces blow up 2 Russian ammunition storage points

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have blown up two ammunition storage points in the south of Ukraine.

Details: the combat losses of the Russian forces in the south of Ukraine are estimated to be as follows:

  • 28 military personnel 
  • 2 Msta-S self-propelled howitzers 
  • a mortar 
  • an armoured combat vehicle 
  • a tank.

Ukrainian defenders have destroyed Russian command and surveillance post near the village of Borozenske (Kherson Oblast).

The remaining losses inflicted on the Russian side are being ascertained. 

Two armoured combat vehicles and other military vehicles were damaged as well.

The Ukrainian Air Force carried out seven airstrikes, targeting Russian air defence positions, ammunition storage points, and areas where Russian equipment was concentrated. Rocket Forces and Artillery performed close to 110 firing missions.

The Russians used army and assault aircraft to attack Ukrainian positions three times in the Beryslav district (Kherson Oblast); however, they came under fire and retreated.
