Russians hit Vinnytsia region

Russian occupiers have attacked Vinnytsia Oblast; local authorities have reported a strike there.

Details: Borzov reported that there were strikes in Vinnytsia Oblast. At first, he wrote that it was Shahed-136, the Iranian-made kamikaze drones, which attacked the Ladyzhyn thermal power plant at about 07:30.

Currently, the message has been edited, information about the strike remains.

Oleksandr Kolomiiets, the Acting Mayor of Ladyzhyn, has given assurances that there were no casualties.
