Quote from the mayor: "We urge men of conscription age to leave Melitopol immediately! The Kremlin dictator signed a decree announcing mobilisation!

The most severe measures will be taken in the occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts! There will be a real hunt for men."

Details: According to Fedorov, those men who refuse to give up their lives will have to deal with Chechen barrier troops.

He also added that male residents of Melitopol have less than 10 days left to flee, because the local Russian-appointed puppet governor signed a decree according to which, starting 1 October, leaving the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast will be allowed only on the basis of a special permit.

Fedorov noted that the occupiers will "release" men "only to the front".
