"Luhansk People’s Republic" leader says Ukrainian troops draw closer but "no reasons to panic"

Leonid Pasichnyk, leader of the self-proclaimed "Luhansk People’s Republic" ("LPR"), said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have drawn closer to the "borders" of the "LPR", but there are "no reasons to panic".

Quote from Pasichnyk: "The situation is very tense. The enemy made an attempt to advance along the entire front. Throughout most of today, [the enemy forces] were stationed close to the LPR borders. I want to reassure everyone that there are absolutely no reasons to panic. Life in the republic continues as usual."
