Head of Oblast Military Administration publishes consequences of attack on downtown Kharkiv

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration (OMA), published details of the consequences of a Russian missile strike on downtown Kharkiv on 28 August.

Quote from Syniehubov: "Both rockets launched by the invaders exploded near the building of the Kharkiv OMA.

A three-storey administrative building nearby was destroyed. Cars parked nearby were damaged. A large crater appeared at the site of the explosion. Fortunately, no one was injured."

Details: Syniehubov added that public utilities and law enforcement officers are now working at the site.

In addition, parts of a Russian S-300 air defence system missile were found at the site.
