Russian rockets strike Kharkiv – Kharkiv Mayor

Ihor Terekhov, Mayor of Kharkiv, has reported that Russian forces had struck the city of Kharkiv overnight.

Quote: "Rockets were launched on Kharkiv around three in the morning. They struck the Slobidskyi district, hitting the building of an educational establishment. A fire broke out there, but it’s already being extinguished by the guys from the SES [State Emergency Service].

There is no information about casualties.

Another strike took place around four in the morning – it rocked the entire city. We’re finding out where it came from."
