Explosions heard in Mykolaiv – Mayor

Several powerful explosions have been heard in the city of Mykolaiv.

Details: Sienkevych notes that the explosions took place around 04:30 on the morning of 23 July and were heard, for the most part, in one neighbourhood of the city.

According to preliminary information, there are no casualties.
