The head of the Poltava Oblast Military Administration, Dmytro Lunin, said that on the evening of 15 July, a Russian missile was shot down over the city and he published a photo of the wreckage.

Background:

In the evening of 15 July, explosions occurred in Kremenchuk, Poltava region, and in Dnipro.
As a result of an strike on Dnipro by Russian forces, three people are known to have been killed. Explosions were heard near the Souhern Machine-Building Plant named after A.M. Makarov, which was probably the Russians’ target.
