President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that today proved once again that Russia should be officially recognised as a terrorist state.
Source : Zelenskyy's address at the end of the 141st day of full-scale war with the Russian Federation
Details: The head of state noted that the Russian Federation insidiously struck Vinnytsia at the very time when a conference on Russian war crimes was taking place in The Hague.
Among other things, the Russian occupying forces hit the local medical centre.
Direct speech: "No other country in the world poses such a terrorist threat as Russia. No other state in the world allows itself to destroy peaceful cities and ordinary human life with cruise missiles and jet artillery every day.
As a result of just one rocket attack on our city of Vinnytsia, 23 people were killed. Three children under the age of ten. And this, unfortunately, is not yet the final number. Debris analysis is ongoing. Dozens of people are listed as missing. Among those hospitalised, some are seriously injured.
And if someone struck a medical centre in Dallas or Dresden, God forbid… What would it be called? Isn't it terrorism?"
