Chasiv Yar: five more bodies visible under the rubble

As of 13:55 on 11 July, two more bodies have been discovered during emergency rescue operations at a five-storey residential building in Chasiv Yar, bringing the death toll to 24.

Details: According to the State Emergency Service, five dead bodies can be seen.

Nine people have been rescued from the rubble.

Updated: As of 14:30, 26 bodies have been taken from the rubble.

Background:

• The Russians attacked Chasiv Yar with Iskander missiles on 10 July, killing 20 people. Over 20 more may be trapped under the rubble.
• Russia’s Ministry of Defence claimed that "more than three hundred nationalists were killed" in the missile attack on Chasiv Yar.
