Russian forces fired on Mykolaiv with cluster munitions once again on the evening of 27 June.

Quote: "The Military Command of the City Defence states it was an Uragan [self-propelled multiple rocket launcher system].

Private residential buildings and a car have been damaged. Cluster munitions also landed near a public transport stop."
