Quote from Kyrylenko: "Accordingly, 55% [of Donetsk Oblast - ed.] has been completely destroyed and is under the control of illicit armed groups controlled by the occupiers (including half-ruined Mariupol and Volnovakha)."

Details: According to Kyrylenko, the situation is extremely complicated along the entire frontline: "Enemy troops are using all the weapons they have at their disposal along the entire frontline. Civilians who remain [in the oblast - ed.] say that either they have nowhere to go or they don’t have enough money to go elsewhere."

The head of the Donetsk Military Administration added that civilians remaining in Donetsk Oblast are mostly sheltering in bomb shelters because of the dangerous circumstances in the oblast due to the relentless artillery attacks and airstrikes.
