“Referendum” on CADLR joining the Russian Federation is impossible to hold now-Kremlin

Kremlin says that there is no opportunity to hold "referendums" in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.

Peskov’s direct speech: "When safety is not completely ensured as we can see that Ukrainian military personnel and nationalists continue attacking civilian targets in these territories.

Of course, under these conditions it is hardly possible to talk".

Details: According to Peskov, this requires not only "people’s own desire" but also it is necessary "to provide conditions".   

Background: The so-called senator of the Federation Council of Crimea Sergei Tsekov claimed that "referendums" on Donbas, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts joining the Russian Federation could be held within a year.
