On May 13, in Henichesk district of Kherson Oblast the occupational authority announced a so-called "census".

Details: According to Khlan, in the village of Shchaslyvtseve, Henichesk district, which is situated on Arabatska Strilka, the occupiers ordered residents to come to the village council.
According to the Centre: "Residents of Henichesk district are receiving a message asking them to apply to the village council with the relevant documents (passport, identification code, birth certificate, pension certificate, disability certificate).
It is emphasized that everyone who has a local residence permit must apply. "
