Details:

The mayor advised women, children, the elderly, as well as those who are not involved in industrial enterprises and critical infrastructure to leave Dnipro.

According to him, the situation in Donbas is getting worse. Residents of Luhansk and Donetsk regions are currently being evacuated.

Quote: "The heads of the military administrations of Donetsk and Luhansk regions have stated that all civilians need to leave the territory of these regions as soon as possible. Therefore, a large number of people are now traveling across the Dnipro…

It helps us a lot that a direct evacuation train from Pokrovsk has been launched. However, a large number of people are also travelling by private transport and buses. I advise them to move further towards Western Ukraine, where it is safe in any case. "

Details: Filatov added that several large animals - bears, tigers, lions - have been evacuated from the "Feldman Ecopark": "We are transporting them further away. The bears will go to Synevir, the lions - to Kyiv."

According to the mayor, utilities and hospitals are now working full-time in Dnipro. There is a stock of medicines for several months. In addition, the city is expecting a batch of medicines from Israel.

Previously:

On 6 April, Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk and military administrations encouraged residents of Donetsk and Luhansk Regions, as well as parts of Kharkiv region, to evacuate while they still had the chance.

Even fiercer fighting is expected in eastern Ukraine in the coming days.
