Zelenskyy has told Russian soldiers: "Your generals are lying to you and ordering new train cars for corpses."

Direct speech: "We know that the Russian command is preparing for new heavy losses.

For those units whose personnel were almost all wiped out or significantly weakened in March and April, new troops are being recruited. With low motivation. With poor combat experience. They just want to recruit the right number so that these units can go on the offensive.

The Russian command is well aware that thousands more Russian soldiers will be killed and thousands wounded in the coming weeks.

But why would Russian soldiers themselves want this? Why would their families want this? Russian commanders are lying to their soldiers when they say that serious liability awaits them for refusing to fight. And they also don’t tell them, for example, that the Russian army is getting additional refrigerators ready to store corpses in. They don’t tell them what new ‘planned’ losses the generals are expecting.

Every Russian soldier can still save his own life. It’s better for you to survive in Russia than to perish in our land."
