Missile strikes in Vinnytsia region: 5 dead, many wounded

Five people have been killed and 18 others injured in Russian missile strikes on railway infrastructure near the towns of Zhmerynka and Koziatyn in the Vinnytsia region.

Quote, the prosecutor's office: "On the morning of 25 April, the Russian occupying forces launched rocket attacks on transport infrastructure near the town of Zhmerynka and Koziatyn in the Vinnytsia region.

As a result of enemy shelling, 5 people have been killed and 18  injured (information is being clarified!) ".

Details: Investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine have initiated criminal proceedings [in relation to these events] in accordance with (Part 3 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - intentional acts committed in order to change the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine, and which led to death and other serious consequences).

Investigators, prosecutors and other departmental services are working at the scene.

Earlier, the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration Serhii Borzov said that as a result of the Russian shelling of Zhmerynka and Koziatyn in the Vinnytsia region, there were dead and wounded.
