According to Tymoshko: "Child, born in 2010, diagnosis: shrapnel wounds in right and left hips and right and left calves.

Mother, born in 1986, diagnosis: shrapnel wounds in left hip.

Another local resident, born in 1953, diagnosis: shrapnel wounds on the left side of the back, exposed pneumothorax."

Details: Tymoshko asked local residents to remain at home over Easter, as the Russian occupying troops are quite capable of opening fire on civilians even on a religious holiday.

Minaieva told reporters that residential buildings in Chuhuiv were damaged in the attack.

Earlier:

  • On 23 April Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, warned that the region’s residents should remain at home because the Russian occupiers were preparing provocations for Easter. 3 people were killed on the outskirts of Kharkiv on 23 April as a result of Russian shelling.
  • Also on 23 April the Armed Forces of Ukraine recaptured 3 villages to the north of Kharkiv.
